EXCITING NEW OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN NIDUS CHILDREN'S CHOIR!
The original members of the Nidus Children’s Choir have now reached an age where we are able to divide the choir into Junior & Senior Choirs. Due to this, we will be expanding both groups & therefore this is a brilliant opportunity to take on new members.
New members are welcome for both choirs.
New Senior Choir
Our aim is to have the senior choir as SSAB or SATB and therefore we need to develop a Tenor/Bass section. The existing SSA sections are very strong and experienced singers (Grades 4 to 8) but boys with or without broken voices, who are enthusiastic and open minded about singing all styles of music are most welcome to join as training will be given.
Singing with the choir brings will bring many fantastic opportunities and experiences and there is a strong camaraderie within the group. The choir are competitive and proud of singing to a high standard. Children/young people wanting to join need not necessarily be hugely experienced but have to be enthusiastic, committed and able to ‘hold a tune’. We have entered the Junior and Senior categories at Llangollen International Eisteddfod (3 – 6th July this year) & it is hoped that new members will be part of this.

- Junior Choir – Ages 8 to 13 years
- Senior Choir – Ages 11 to 17 years (Age 11 – 13s sing with both choirs).
